0000196: Outlier removal box does not work

Description

(OV 2.1.0)
Instead of removing the outliers, OV is super-slowed-down and the log window is polluted with these messages:
[ ERROR ] {Error description} : {Input chunk index = [0] is out of range (max index = [4294967295])}, {Error type} : {ErrorType::OutOfBound (code 13)}, {Error location} : {C:\ovm\sdk\kernel\src\kernel\player\ovkCSimulatedBox.cpp::397}
[ ERROR ] {Error description} : {Input chunk index = [0] is out of range (max index = [4294967295])}, {Error type} : {ErrorType::OutOfBound (code 13)}, {Error location} : {C:\ovm\sdk\kernel\src\kernel\player\ovkCSimulatedBox.cpp::417}

I found this issue when trying to run a scenario made using OV 1.3.0, however, even setting up a new simple scenario that only reads the feature vectors from a file and sends them into the outlier removal box fails the same way.
