Is there a complete reference manual for devloper, whom explain how to develop step by step in all level ( newbie, neginner , medium and advenced ), and if possible in one file ( or book / e-book )

The developer documentation is only availble on the website here.
The doxygen documentation for developers and the existing boxesdocumentation for users may be useful too.
We don't provide reference manual.

Please note that OpenViBE is not an external library that you can use in an application (like Gtk for 2D , Ogre3D for 3D engine or PhysiX for physic engine).
It' a research software to design and build BCI, for those who already know the basics in signal processing. We don't provide any courses on that subject
The developer documentation is for those who wants to contribute to the project by adding new features to OpenViBE.
