Description

Because usage of one decoder for more that one input is irrelevant,
it is unnecessary to pass input number to the function OpenViBE::Kernel::IAlgorithmProxy::decode. Instead of this, it would be better to pass input number as parameter to the function OpenViBE::Kernel::IAlgorithmProxy::initialize

This is also true for the function encode and the associated output
