0000052: Should find a way to pass browse filter to OV_TypeId_Filename

Description

When we add OV_TypeId_Filename settings to a box, there should ideally be a way to pass a file extension filter.

If the box expects a .xml, or .txt, or .log file to be passed, there should be a way for the box designer to specify filters that should be used in the browse dialog that will be open to select the file.
