Summary | 0000177: Build fails on make of signal processing plugins
Description | After running dependencies and build scripts, all seems well, however when running designer the Temporal Filter box is not available. Review of build log shows failure. Designer is useful without Temporal Filter, hence 'major' bug.
Steps To Reproduce | On Ubuntu release 15.04 "Vivid" 64-bit build, download openvibe 1.1.0 source, run linux-install_dependencies script, then linux-build script. During build process around 1052 lines into build report, script reports: "plugins/processing/signal-processing/CMakeFiles/openvibe-plugins-signal-processing.dir/build.make:790: recipe for target 'plugins/processing/signal-processing/CMakeFiles/openvibe-plugins-signal-processing.dir/src/box-algorithms/filters/ovpCBoxAlgorithmCommonAverageReference.cpp.o' failed"
Additional Information | This appears to be a re-manifestation of bug 162. Workaround: Create symbolic link, /usr/lib/libitpp.so which points to usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libitpp.so.8.2.1

I see that this is a known issue, sorry for re-reporting it. |

As far as I understand, this seems to be a problem with the Debian upstream rather than OpenViBE itself? The symbolic link solution should work. The bug is discussed here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=779282 [^] |
