0000176: Add the ability to change the color map in 2D topographic map box

Description

The default colors are 13 and they are in the code (compiled): \plugins\processing\simple-visualisation\src\box-algorithms\ovpCTopographicMap2DDisplay\ovpCTopographicMap2DView.cpp

I request the functionality to be able to set these colors from a file. It could be as simple as a file with 13 lines with 3 numbers for R G B.
