Hello all,

I am trying to run SSVEP examples on openvibe. I followed the instructions here: http://openvibe.inria.fr/steady-state-v ... otentials/.

When I run the ssvep-bci-2-training-acquisition.xml in openvibe designer, I get an error saying openvibe-ssvep-demo.exe stopped working.
I am using OpenBCI V3 board to get the EEG signals. I have connected it to the acquisition server and I tried running the other designs using this and I can see the data.

This is the log from openbci designer:

One thing that comes to mind is that scenarios shouldn't be run from under Program Files, as normally users don't have access to write there. Copy the folder to some 'normal' directory that you have full access to and try again. After that, does the graphical part launch properly?

Cheers,
Jussi

It was giving that unable to write error, then I have given write permissions to the openVIBE folder in program files. And then after running it I get a message saying openvibe-ssvep-demo.exe stopped working. Graphical interface doesn't open.

I'm afraid crashes are very hard to solve without building the software in debug mode and then launching it in debugger in order to see where it actually crashes. The Mind Shooter mostly runs alright here, so I don't know how to reproduce your problem.

You might also try to inspect any log files in AppData/roaming/openvibe/ to see if there's any errors or warnings mentioned related to the run.

Best,
Jussi
