‘window manager’ button missing from the Designer’s toolbar

How can I add the button to the toolbar or open the popup without using the button?

Dear Gigi,

The "window manager" button is not missing in your designer, it is actually here: this is the button with a screwdriver and a wrench crossed displayed on it (the button on the right of the button to close the scenario). If you leave your mouse cursor on this button, it will display "toggles the window manager...". Sorry, this button is indeed not very obvious, but you definitely have it!

Indeed the icon used for this button is probably not very explicit, and often, I also have to hover my mouse over the different buttons to find this window manager button back
