Hi All,

The OpenViBe Acquistion Server V0.15 is not able to connect to my Mindwave which works normally on COM4. I read the relevant discussion in Forum and It does not work in my case. I am not sure if it is verison issue. I am downloading the old version V0.14.2 to test again. However, I also post the issue here and want to know any possible reason why it does not work. The error log from console are pasted here. It works for Generic Oscillator, and I can see the output in the display.

I urgently need to complete my brainwave thesis about authentication in 2 weeks. I know a little bit late. By the way, if you have any raw data or discussion about brainwave for authentication, please let me know. Certainly, I searched some related thesis from database. I need to capture the raw data for my report.

Many Thanks

Peter

Hi All,

I have installed the old version 0.14.2 but it does not work for my Mindwave either.
The Win Device Manager shows Mindwave USB adapter. I am using Win7 Pro 32 bit in Parallel 8 in Apple MAC Pro.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Peter,

only the SVN version of OpenViBE works with MindWave Mobile. Supporting it is a very new development. There is no release version yet that'd work with it.

Best,
Jussi
