Command not taken into consideration

Hello,
I use an OpenBCI card with 8 sensors and I can connect to the associated server.
However, I can’t change the gain for my sensors. I send these commands (x1020110Xx2020110X...) but they don’t seem to be taken into account. Simple commands like 1 or 2 work.
If someone has had this problem and has solved it, I would like a little help. Thanks,
