is it completely to setup the software OpenVibe?

I use "OpenViBE 0.4.0 RC 4 Installer (2009/06/29)" to install the software in the window vista home basic edition.

I install the "DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2008)" to fix a problem------miss the d3dx9_38.dll.

Finally I can run the "openvibe designer" well without the error message.

the file OpenViBE shows up in the start of window.

in that file there are 5 program inside, listed following:
openvibe acquisition server
openvibe designer
openvibe id generator
openvibe plugin
openvibe inspector

Is it completely to setup the software OpenVibe?

Yes it is. Do you have everything you need ? Did you expect something else ?
