I am creating a BCI scenario where I play a video after a certain stimulus, and close it on another stimulus, using Run Command. The video generally plays in full screen. I want to see the powers associated with different events in the video, and have the signal display. But, since the video plays in a different window and the power is displayed in a different window, I am not able to see both at the same time. Is it possible to integrate the player window in the scenario window itself, so I can see power side by side as the video progresses?

What you are asking for is not so easy to implement. Try to use a second screen it's easier.^^
