Parkinson's detection using OpenVibe

Hello, I am new to OpenVibe and could use some help with my project. I am looking to use EEG signals to detect Parkinson's disease. I believe that I will need to use a Random Forest as my classifier, and one of the features should be alpha to theta ratio in the central left region, and another should be theta relative power in the temporal left. Unfortunately I have not been able to figure out how to do this. Also if anyone knows where I might be able to access Parkinson's EEG data that would be of much help. Thank you all for your help.
