Is it possible or not by using Mindset Neurosky to get result for P300 speller scenario??

I have never actually tried, but I would bet it is not possible, at least if you use the Mindset in its standard location. Indeed, the mindset from neurosky has a single electrode located in the frontal location, whereas the P300 is a signal originating from parietal and occipital locations. But maybe you can try to get a P300 if you position your mindset with the electrode in a parietal location (e.g., in position Pz)
