EEG with Emotiv Epoc for Model Arousal-Valence

Hello, I am Juan.

I'm working with OpenVibe and the BMI Emotiv Epoc.

I try to perform the paper experiment of Ramirez and Vamvakousis (Detecting Emotion from EEG Signals Using the Emotive Epoc Device).

The main idea of ​​my experiment is:
- Capture the EEG signals from the F3 and F4 electrodes of the Emotiv Epoc.
- Filter the Alpha and Beta signals of the F3 and F4 electrodes.
- Carry out the calculations that Ramirez describes to obtain the value of Arousal and Valence.

With getting the value of Arousal and Valence, it reaches me.
I just need to see in which quadrant of Russell's Arousal-Valence model the readings fall during a 1-minute capture session.

At the moment, I have the scenario version 0.1 (figure attached).

I have some queries to make, for people who are experienced with OpenVibe or who have already experimented with EEG capture:
- What boxes can I use to improve my results (noise, etc)?
- Can I simplify the scenario and reach the same result with another type of box ?. For example: write in 1 only .csv.

I have to work on interpreting the results, since I do not understand them.
