Hi,
I have a question about Acquisition server. I used to use OpenVibe Acquisition server (version 2.0.0) on windows 32bit system. Recently, we got a new computer, windows 10 64bit, then on the new computer I have installed OpenVibe for win 64bit and 32bit, and also the same version 2.0.0. I have eego sports amplifier. I connect amplifier to the new computer and then on OpenVibe Acquisition server I press the connect there is an error that appears all the time and gets disconnected. I have tried using both the new 2.2.0 version and the previous version I used to see if it was a version problem. Following error is what i get in all three versions:

Could you please let me know if there is something that I am missing in the process and help me to troubleshoot this?

HI,
I have check the code I don't see any platform limitation (x64, x32). so I do not think it comes from there. On the other hand, do you have a driver that you had to install on the previous machine and forgotten on the new ?

Thank you for checking out. Yes, you are right, I totally forgot about it. Now that the driver is installed problem is solved

Yes OpenViBE don't install the drivers he make a link with the drivers
