Hi, :)
I have a question about Acquisition server. I used to use OpenVibe Acquisition server (version 2.0.0) on windows 32bit system. Recently, we got a new computer, windows 10 64bit, then on the new computer I have installed OpenVibe for win 64bit and 32bit, and also the same version 2.0.0. I have eego sports amplifier. I connect amplifier to the new computer and then on OpenVibe Acquisition server I press the connect there is an error that appears all the time and gets disconnected. I have tried using both the new 2.2.0 version and the previous version I used to see if it was a version problem. Following error is what i get in all three versions:

[WARNING] Registery key Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Brain Quick - System 98\EEG_Settings is not initialized
[ INF ] Found driver [oscillator] in Mensia Driver Collection
[ INF ] Found driver [simulator] in Mensia Driver Collection
[ INF ] Found driver [dsi] in Mensia Driver Collection
[ INF ] Found driver [smartbci] in Mensia Driver Collection
[ INF ] Found driver [br8] in Mensia Driver Collection
[ INF ] Loading plugin: ExternalStimulations (deprecated)
[ INF ] Loading plugin: TCP Tagging
[ INF ] Loading plugin: LSL Output
[ INF ] Connecting to device [EEGO]...
[ INF ] EEGO RT: Version: 1.3.6.33416
[WARNING] Failure to get an amplifier! Reason: amplifier list is empty
[ ERROR ] Failed to initialize the driver. Exception: amplifier list is empty
[ ERROR ] Connection failed...
[ INF ] Disconnecting.

Could you please let me know if there is something that I am missing in the process and help me to troubleshoot this?

Thank you.

HI,
I have check the code I don't see any platform limitation (x64, x32). so I do not think it comes from there. On the other hand, do you have a driver that you had to install on the previous machine and forgotten on the new ?

Thank you for checking out. Yes, you are right, I totally forgot about it. Now that the driver is installed problem is solved :)
