p300 better precisions in the selecction in matrix

Hello openvibe community.
I have been using the p300 speller scenarios, for manipulating an application in Matlab.
In the speller 1 acquisition scenario I have obtained two two-word .ov files.
In the speller 2 train scenario, I trained the classifier with those two words, obtaining precisions of 90%.
However in scenario 3 online when I want to manipulate the application in matlab, there are many inaccuracies in the choice of rows and columns of the matrix.
I have used this procedure with other users but I get poor results and with inaccuracies in the selection.
How can I improve precision in the choice of rows and columns? Since the precisions were very low.
