I don't know where I find the file that describes what the file OVTK_GDF_Right and the file OVTK_GDF_Right_Hand_Movement do exactly. I need this file for understand the difference between them.

actually these are not files but stimulation codes (i.e., label for events in openvibe). See http://openvibe.inria.fr/stimulation-codes/
