First, be sure that you use Fz in the Reference Channel Box, and that the Channel Selector box is configured to match your setup.I have 23 channels Fz is the reference,
The spatial filter coefficients for this scenario match the electrode count and placement we use for the motor imagery.But i have some errors with spatial filter because i take the motor-imagery-bci-classifier-trainer scenario's spatial filter coefficients as consequence i have a bad matrix size errors.
They are ordered line by line in the box setting. We have 10 input channels for 2 output channels, thus 20 coefficients.
Look at the Spatial filter box documentation for more details.
If you need exactly the same Laplacians, you have to change the coefficients so the "4" "-1" and "0" match your channel order. If you want to use more electrodes, just adapt the Laplacian factors.
