Hi everybody,
I have been searching for an answer to this questions for ages and I really hope somebody can help me.
I have a Research SDK edition of Emotiv Epoc and I am using OpenVibe to do the following:
- Display signal
- Write signal to CSV file (14 channels + timestamp)
- Write statistics on CSV file (average, mean etc)
What I would like to know now is it it is possible, using the SDK provided by Emotiv, to output in a CSV file the emotional response that it is computed and displayed under the Contol Panel (Emotive Reaction tab).
The emotional response should look like the one reported here (bottom side of the image):

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Re: Help please: Openvibe + Emotive SDK for emotional reacti
Hi Antonio,
The openvibe Emotiv driver currently accesses only the EEG and the gyroscope sensors.
The Affectiv suite of the SDK is not used at all, but I assume it could be.
As we are usually only processing raw EEG data when we use the Emotiv headset, we won't develop this feature anytime soon.
However, adding this feature to the driver could be a nice contribution.
This would require some C++ programming knowledge.
Best regards
