Forum software upgraded to v3.0.12

Dear all,
recently the OpenViBE forum platform was upgraded to phpbb version 3.0.12. This caused some issues with Advanced Block mod, which does not appear to be compatible with the new phpbb version. This led to a situation where some new users had registration problems (fixed).
