Yes, the link seems to work fine, as others have successfully done it. My problem here is that i may not be implementing it in the right way or rushing into things... Can you send me a full working example, so that i can see what i've missed out or done wrong.
Thanks.

VRPN support
Hi I've my scenario that processes a signal to say whether it's yes, neutral or no. I've 3 classifiers doing the work and a voting classifier to send a stimulation confirming any of the states given earlier. I want to conclude the result based on the total number of hits as given by the voting classi...

Re: Multiclass classifier
Sorry, but i may seem a bit obtuse when i say this, its still not clear as to how the voting classifier actually works..! I've a scenario attached, plz feel free to make any changes to it, which clarifies how it works. It has three different classifier that identifies like, dislike and neutral state...

Re: Multiclass classifier
Thanks a lot, Dieter. :D It was similar to what i had been doing but it had few important things that i had missed out. I'm unable to figure out how the voting classifier actually works...!! I went through few examples and also the documentation. It generates a stimulation if certain number of repet...

Re: Multiclass classifier
Hi Dieter, Thanks for the link. I've been going through many papers to get clues on signal processing, but no luck.. Meanwhile i would create 3 classifiers, like you've said and train them with some data. I also have to see how to actually use a voting classifier, which i'm unaware of. :) I wanted t...

Re: Multiclass classifier
Thanks for an instant feedback. I agree to what you say and that's what i've thought. I'd having 10 set signals to train from, at the max, for each group which is not that bad. :) But i'd also like to know or get some hints for the feature extraction steps, which i've no clue on how to do it, as i'm...

Re: Multiclass classifier
Thanks for all. I'm totally unaware of BCI processing  Consider me a Noob. i really need some help. :( I know the feature extraction is not reasonable at all coz i'm using the one in the example scenarios. Firstly, PS: I still think your scenario's could be simplified by recording multiple con...

Re: Multiclass classifier
Thanks for that :) 1. A similar approach to what you have said but keeping similar data to their respective groups would be somewhat like this : upload.JPG Not sure what's gonna be an effective approach. :? Was your idea of multiplexing "like/dislike" and others to form a set of signals to say "like...

Re: Multiclass classifier
yeah it'd great if i could. But i've no clue how to go about it. any hints or example to start off with. In the mean time i would try & use voting classifiers. Another thing i'm trying to figure out is multiplexing data for liked, disliked & neutral, where each of them would have several signals to ...

Multiclass classifier
Hi,
Continuing my work now i see the need for atleast 3 classes, namely like, dislike & neutral. I did see the option to add classes to the classifier trainer, but i don't know how would the classifier processor deal with it. It has got only two options available. Any suggestions ??
Regards.

Re: Surface laplacian (spatial filter)
Guys, Thanks for the instant reply. I'll make sure to use the same box algorithm to w/r the signal, but not sure what would be relevant in my case. Any suggestions ? :) And about adding the stimulation to the data, how do i do it ? I've seen the motor imagery example and its associated *.lua file wh...

Re: Surface laplacian (spatial filter)
What i thought would be suitable for my case is, acquiring recordings for like/dislike categories of songs and try training a classifier for the two sets. There are couple of problems that i'm having now: 1. the classifier is not being trained even with a single recorded data. How i do that is play ...

Re: Surface laplacian (spatial filter)
Hi, There's another thing i'd like to know, that is the about stimulation file. All example scenarios use the *.lua file and in my scenario where i don't have one so that may be the problem for my classifier to not work. My scenario here is listening to a music and acquiring eeg signals which is wri...

Surface laplacian (spatial filter)
Hi i wanted to know whether or not to use spatial filters for classifying emotions or just like/dislike ? i've seen lots of motor imagery scenarios implementing spatial filters over the motor cortex but not sure if or how to use in my case...
Thanks in advance.

Re: Emotiv EPOC driver status
Hi Laurent, I've updated the trunk and rebuilt the entire program. here is the new log file: openvibe-acquisition-server.log I could see improvement in the updated version and wanted to know if you could figure out any thing from this log file. :) here's a snapshot No visualization.JPG as you can se...
