On windows 10 you have the setup OpenViBE and we can't propose the source to compile but we can propose a precompiled driver on setup.exe. This is the illogicality of use rights

For some product, we can't give the source code to compile the driver.... Sorry business problems. You can contact your reseller and ask for the procedure to install the API for it to be recognized by openvibe

If you make a right click on the box, you have the option "modify setting" and at the bottom "new," so that you will have an additional image (and so on for more).

Your Csv is maybe not in good format for OpenViBE. Create a little scenario with sinus oscillator to csv writer and check the format (especially the header)
