Execute a scenario after a period of time

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how I can start the actual execution of a scenario after, for instance, 10 seconds of me pressing play. I am indeed using Windows. I was wondering why there were no scenarios that illustrated the use of the 'python-moving-circle.py' script.

I'll experiment this on Linux then
