mi-csp-3 number of features
Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the feature extraction in mi-csp-3-classifier-trainer.xml scenario. Consider the following diagram: ..................................................................................40 trials ...................................................................

Re: SVM - 50% training accuracy
Thank you for your reply Thomas. The reason I want to shift the values by -0.5 is because with SVM, the results after classification is in the domain [0,1] (probabilities whilst with LDA we get the distance hyperplane). Since LDA gives negative and positive values in order to classify the 2 classes ...

SVM - 50% training accuracy
Hello everyone, I am trying to compare the accuracy of LDA, MLP and SVM classification algorithms, of motor imagery scenarios with CSP spatial filter. LDA and MLP works fine but when it comes to SVM, it always gives 50% as the training accuracy. (I tried it with 12 different eeg files) I use 2 class...

Re: SVM - crushes, MLP - gets default values
Thanks for your response Thomas. As for the MLP, can you confirm that the three parameter "Number of neurons", "Learning stop condition" and "Learning coefficient" have positive values ? In the configurations of the Classifier Trainer box, there are not these parameters. Please find a screenshot her...

SVM - crushes, MLP - gets default values
Hello, I want to compare the accuracy that I get from motor imagery scenarios with different algorithms. When I use SVM as my classification algorithm it crushes (terminates and closes Openvibe). I read here in the forum that if I use version 2.2.0 of the "Classifier trainer" box it will work. My qu...

Motor Imagery - Incremental Learning with CSP
Hello, I want to create a scenario similar to the motor-imagery-bci-3-online-incremental.xml but instead of Laplacian I want to use CSP spatial filter. Is it possible to create something like this? I am asking because first we have to train csp filter and save the configuration file in order to use ...

Re: Motor Imagery - Incremental Learning
Thank you for your response Thibaut. As I have already said, I created scenario "mi-csp-concatenate-multiple-files" in which I concatenate several .ov files using Signal Concatenation box and finally save the new file as "concatenated-file.ov". I didn't remove the stimulations from the first files b...

Motor Imagery - Incremental Learning
Hello! Hope everything is well. I have the following questions about incremental learning. 1. Is scenario "motor-imagery-bci-3-online-incremental" an implementation that just combines the two scenarios named as "motor-imagery-bci-2-classifier-trainer" and "motor-imagery-bci-3-online" in order to be ...

OpenViBE - Windows 11
Hello everyone, I wanted to know if openvibe is supported on windows 11. I upgraded to windows 11 a few weeks ago and I haven't notice any problems so far, but just to be in case, does anyone know if openvibe is not supported on windows 11? In the link below, the version of windows 11 is not include...
